About your Role:
As a Peer Intake Clinician, you are responsible for completing diagnostic (psychosocial) assessments for consumers who are new referrals. Working to identify the appropriate treatment focus for new consumers and complete the annual renewal re-assessments of consumers. Being responsible for assessing high risk situations and crisis intervention with clients who present for intake with the agency, you will ensure all intake documentation is completed.
