The Position:
We are hiring a software developer to join our Tools and Continuous Integration team. This team creates custom tools and software infrastructure to support the development of our timing products. As a member of Tools & CI team, you will work with our product development and test engineers to understand their needs for infrastructure and tools and provide them with technical support. Your work will contribute to the efficiency and scalability of our development processes, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
You will be based out of our Rochester, NY office, but our team is international with significant presence in France and Spain, and some of your closest team members will be international. We strongly prefer someone who can have a regular presence in the office, but we have a hybrid remote work policy and support for flexible working hours.
Since this is a mid-level position, we would like someone with at least a few years of experience with software development. Proficiency with working in Linux is also a key technical skill. Above all, we are seeking someone who enjoys exploring and understanding complex systems, and who can develop creative and innovative solutions.
