Daher is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in Sandpoint, ID The Design engineers design the parts, assemblies, and installations which ultimately become Kodiak Aircraft products. Kodiak Aircraft’s core competencies for design engineering are: aeronautical, electrical, and mechanical. At a minimum, Design Engineers should hold a Bachelor of Science in an applicable engineering field. Systems Integration Engineer • Practical experience with certified and certifying aircraft and the integration of cross-functional systems with structures including routing and interdependencies. • Breadth of experience with various systems, definition, requirements. • Practical experience with aerospace electrical design principles (induction, current, EMI, voltage drop calculations, insulations, grounding, bonding, etc.). Develop pre-defined designs which have minimal impact to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) compliance. Use prescribed methods to develop solutions which impact specific areas of FAR compliance.
