What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:

As a Lead Integrations Engineer at True Rx Health Strategists, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our Data Processing applications. You will play a part in shaping the technical direction of our projects, ensuring their scalability and reliability and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team. This position is 100% work remote with expectations of in office as needed for meetings and trainings.

Previous Experience and Abilities:

• Lead Integrations Engineer Duties
  • Lead (full stack): Can drive solutions independently; expert with design and coding of ETL process
  • Lead and participate in all software development activities such as research, design, development and maintenance of dashboard and integration from multiple database systems.
  • Manage multiple, complex initiatives and communicate across multiple teams and leadership.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with multi-layered teams and staff.
  • Monitor the interfaces/jobs as needed and support the team with on-call activities.
  • Able to drive new integration initiatives from the ground up.
• 8 years of experience with ETL tools, such as, Informatica, ADF, Mule Soft, Tibco, etc
• 5 years of ETL experience with PL/SQL
• Expert with database querying, medium to complex, writing stored procedures, creating views, defining schemas.
• 5 years of experience handling large data movement.
• Ability to lead the team and mentor as needed.
• Fast learner; open to new tools; appetite for continuous learning; team player
• Other duties as assigned.
•  Bachelor's degree

Ideally you have:

• AWS experience
• Snaplogic experience
• Have thorough understanding of data marts, data warehouses and hands on experience
• Experience in handling large volumes and fine-tuning SQL queries for optimum results
• Experience in implementing APIs/Streaming
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Any experience with Python coding
