We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Foreman for one of our apartment communities in Tulsa, OK.
Must have experience in all aspects of maintenance, supervision, vendor relations, inventory management, make ready needs including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Make ready's, and day to day work orders.
Must provide your own tools, have own reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background and drug screen.
The Foreman is also eligible for renewal commissions and annual tool allowance.
