Job Information/Qualifications: The Broome County District Attorney’s Office is seeking qualified candidates for entry level a Assistant District Attorney 1 positions. Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar or be sitting for the next bar exam. The ADA 1 position will receive ample training and shall also receive extensive courtroom experience which will include non jury trials and jury trials. Participation in a jury trial will give the experience of thorough case preparation, witness and evidence preparation, jury selection, opening statements, witness testimony and closing arguments.
