Intellectual Property Attorney is responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing company policies and litigating matters regarding intellectual property. May be responsible for preparing patent or trademark documents, licensing agreements, service agreements, transfer agreements and other contracts or agreements as necessary. Being an Intellectual Property Attorney aids in protecting the organization's assets in the area of intellectual property. Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Additionally, Intellectual Property Attorney requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager. The Intellectual Property Attorney work is closely managed. Rental property maintenance and home improvement. Must have experience with property maintenance; including but not limited to sheetrock work, painting, trim, flooring, plumbing, PTAC, and basic electrical knowledge. Pool upkeep knowledge is a plus. Preferred candidates will have own tools and work truck, both in good condition. Top applicants will have 15 years of experience, a minimum of 10 years experience doing maintenance for real estate including apartments, stores, hotels, and renovating homes is crucial. Must be able to fix anything that would be required for property maintenance such as PTAC, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing, painting, landscaping, ect. Must be willing to work minimum 20-30 hours a week including some weekends for emergencies. Must have own vehicle and be flexible with the schedule. Proof of certificates / active licenses will be considered for upgrade in pay.
