    Job Overview:

    As an Assistant Property Manager at Peaceful Homes Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our office and property management activities. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our property management team, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to our tenants, owners and vendors.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Office & Clerical Work:

    - Perform general office duties, including phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.

    - Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of documents related to properties, tenants, owners and utilities.

    - Assist in preparing reports, notices, and correspondence as needed.

    2. Data Entry:

    - Utilize property management software (e.g., Appfolio) to enter and maintain property-related data, including new properties, owners, tenants, and relevant documents.

    - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and reviewing information in the system.

    - Assist in generating and distributing various reports or notices related to property management activities.

    3. Tenant Interactions & Communication:

    - Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing prompt and courteous assistance.

    - Facilitate effective communication between tenants and property management team.

    - Coordinate with tenants as needed.

    4. Vendor & Utility Coordination:

    - Communicate with tenants, maintenance coordinator and service providers to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

    - Coordinate utility services for properties, including initiating new accounts, transferring services, and addressing billing inquiries.

    5. Assistance to Leasing Agents:

    - Help with coordinating move-in and move-out procedures, including property inspections and key management.

    - Support with posting notices, copying keys, leasing pictures and inspections.

    - Obtain real estate license to become property manager.

    Reporting Relationships:

    · Reports directly to Tenant Operations Manager
