May be responsible for preparing patent or trademark documents, licensing agreements, service agreements, transfer agreements and other contracts or agreements as necessary. Being an Intellectual Property Attorney aids in protecting the organization's assets in the area of intellectual property. Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Additionally, Intellectual Property Attorney requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager. The Intellectual Property Attorney work is closely managed. Under general supervision, the Property Administrator handles the routine and daily work of the Property Management office. Interfaces with tenants, client and service providers to relieve the Property Manager of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.
