    As our Property Manager, you will lead and innovate. You'll play a pivotal role in building a sense of community and enriching lives, where your skills won't just be valued—they'll make a lasting impact.
    Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 PLUS BONUS
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Focus on the needs of the residents, potential residents and associates.
    • Inspect site grounds daily and inspect vacant units.
    • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
    • Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives to meet established goals.
    • Ability to develop and manage operational budgets to meet property goals and objectives.
    • Manage day to day operations, focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.
    • Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives.
    • Work with onsite maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled on an immediate basis, and any delays are properly communicated. Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
    • Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings and vendor relations. Continually inspect property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking the necessary action within budgetary allocations.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Proven track record in property management, especially with Section 8 and Tax Credit housing.
    • Proficient in Property Management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
    • Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Strong budget and financial understanding
    • Certifications preferred (ARM, CPM, COS)
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent experience (2 years) preferred.
    • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Property Management preferred.
    • Experience in Section 8 and/or Tax Credit housing, and knowledge of government subsidy programs.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Base salary of at least $65,000 with generous bonus opportunities
