Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for property owners, tenants, vendors, and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience managing our properties. Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist tenants, owners, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively
• Provide information about available properties, rental rates, lease terms, and application processes
• Schedule property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants
• Process rental applications through background checks and landlord verification
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and addressing any maintenance issues
• Address tenant concerns and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with rent collection and lease renewals
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with property management team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a property management or real estate setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
