Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HOA Manager to oversee the operations of our homeowner's association. As the HOA Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community, including property management, sales, legal administrative tasks, and conflict management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the homeowner's association
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the community
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain the community
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Maintain accurate records and files using Cloud-supported software
- Prepare annual budgets and financial reports for the board
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in property management or related field
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property maintenance
- Strong understanding of legal administrative procedures related to homeowner's associations
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve disputes effectively
- Proficiency in using organization and detail oriented
