We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of our office & residential properties. The Property Manager utilizes their active California Real Estate License in conjunction with their Office/Property Management experience to grow & manage the day-to-day operations of the office & management process.
This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of property management principles.
Responsibilities:
-Work side by side with Broker to ensure office compliance and internal procedure are enforced and followed. Help Broker manage day to day operations.
- Coordinate and execute directly or indirectly, lease and property management agreements for owners and tenants. Enter new owners, tenants in Propertyware. Ensure complete file in compliance with JJPM requirements. Post/mail violation notices, rent increases, etc.
- Market and lease properties on behalf of owners. Including sourcing and screening of tenants and the completion of administrative aspects of tenancy. Ensure rental listing has accurate information and clear photos and videos. Add and remove lockboxes.
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors as needed with maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to owners, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize property management software (Propertyware) for data entry, reporting, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Active California Real Estate License
-Clear communication; fluent in English
-Driver License, Insurance & own car
-Working knowledge of iPad, iPhone, uploading documents
-Professional, Punctual, Confident, Flexible & Dependable-
-Able to problem solve utilizing common sense approach and training tactics without constant supervision. Microsoft Office a plus
-Must have positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork. Work in an office environment as a team or individually.
