Property Manager plus Sales & Leasing is responsible for the overall operations and sales at the community with a strong focus on being customer centric, and resident growth and retention.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the community including customer service, resident relations, vendor relations, rent collections, and the community staff. Must act and dress professionally. Must be articulate with excellent written and verbal skills. Must have a leadership mindset. Able to use technology.

• Manage and increase occupancy through home sales, home leasing, site leasing, and actively marketing the community.
• Manage all third-party vendors.
• Improve and maintain appearance and infrastructure of the community in accordance with company standards.  
• Comply with local regulations.  
• Accurate reporting of occupancy, sales, etc. 
• Sales and Occupancy forecasting.
• Enforce rules and regulations for residents and team members.
