About the position

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the occupancy and financial success of our communities. Your primary focus will be to lease available units, assist in the application process, provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct apartment tours
• Assist in all aspects of the application and lease process.
• Keep accurate records of property tours, applications, and lease agreements.
• Maintain and organize tenant files.
• Stay informed about property and surrounding community

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
