Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Community Services Director to oversee and manage our community programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, program development, budgeting, and supervising staff. As a Community Services Director, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The Community Services Director is responsible for administrative oversight, the regulatory compliance and daily operation of community programs. Assures that program services provide for the health, welfare and safety of the individuals we support.

Duties:

• Develop and implement community programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise program staff (Managers, Program Specialists and Direct Support Professionals) and provide guidance and support.
• Manage program budgets effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Therapeutic Recreation, Developmental Disabilities or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a supervisory position within the developmental disabilities and/or human service industry.
• Knowledge of PA state/county intellectual disabilities and system.
• Proven experience in program management and development.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
