SIG Property Maintenance / BI-State Lawns team members maintain a professional image and will stand out in the field of lawncare. You will provide ground maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Candidate will work along other team members to provide quality detailed work and skills necessary to deliver a professional finished product and excellent customer care. Candidate checks property upon completion to ensure all areas are completed and free of yard trimmings. Must have reliable transportation and reliable work ethic. The company SIG Property Maintenance LLC is part of BI-State Lawns, Sully Investment Group LLC and Sully Distributors. Growth is possible within this role or another role with sister company.

Qualifications: prefer experience in the lawn care field but will train the right person. Experience with ZTR mowers and small equipment, pruning, edging, mulching and other lawn maintenance tasks preferred. A desire to advance, and earn more through performance and attendance is encouraged. Must have valid driver’s license. Preferred lawn applicator license/experience but not necessary. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
