We’re seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to help grow our property management team. The Customer Experience Specialist focuses on deepening tenant and industry relationships by providing outstanding support and collecting feedback to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Greet visitors and screen incoming calls

· Assist tenants with inquiries and dispatch out as needed

· Prepare accurate applicant files

· Compose and type emails and/or letters in correspondence with tenants

· Attend local meetings and other community events

The successful candidate will be highly personable, organized, and an excellent communicator. The ability to type proficiently and write a business letter and email is required and will be asked to be demonstrated in the interview process. Customer service or sales experience is preferred. We’re looking for someone wanting to grow with us, so a strong work ethic, accountability, and a willingness to learn is essential to this position.

This position may require prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer, walking while giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and able to traverse various types of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather conditions.
