Position: Property Specialist

Responsibilities Include:

· Conducting property inspections

· Preparing homes for guest and owner arrivals

· Light property maintenance and troubleshooting

· Spa service

· Carpet cleaning and Landscaping

· Interacting with vendors and customers

Desired Competencies:

· Team player; No job too big, no job too small attitude

· Ability to maintain composure in the face of stressful or challenging circumstances

· Attention to detail and ability to communicate accurately and concisely

Requirements:

· Understanding of basic property operations

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to shovel snow and lift heavy objects

· Experience in hospitality, hotel maintenance, construction, and/or pool/spa care highly preferred

· Experience using a Property Management Software system or work order tracking software system preferred

· Knowledge of the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee regions preferred

• Compensation: $21/hr to $26/hr DOE paid time off 401K bonus potential perks

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
