Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Intellectual Property Intern at our offices in Sterling, Illinois.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Reviewing public information at the USPTO and getting that information into our system
• Reviewing trademark specimens of use and adding those specimens into our system
• Assisting with clerical work on ongoing trademark international usage audits
• Development of work instruction documents for IP workflows
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate student or recently graduated from an accredited university.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
