WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You will work Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization through various key responsibilities. You will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive new employee orientations, handling employment-related inquiries, and providing guidance on complex or sensitive matters. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with fair and thorough investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, or policy violations.
Collaborating with our HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to research and formulate company and HR-specific policies that align with our core values. Maintaining accurate personnel records and confidential files is another essential aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for assigning HR training modules, managing paperwork for terminations, and conducting exit interviews. Furthermore, you will assist in employee performance reviews, updating the database, maintaining files, and monitoring progress. By supporting these critical HR functions, you will contribute significantly to fostering a positive and engaging work environment at Tarragon Property Services.
