Intellectual Property Docket Specialist jobs in Waco, TX

We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, and so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree is necessary. Previous lead and database management experience is a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly!

Responsibilities

• Make calls to develop new leads
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
• Must be self-motivated
• Must use the CRM daily to update and stay on task
• Respond to all leads promptly
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful negotiations
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Reliable vehicle to drive to and from appointments
• Confident in professional verbal communication
• 2 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired but not required
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written,
• Strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• BILINGUAL is a Plus
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH COLD CALLING

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
