Excellent law firm with a national reach is seeking an intellectual property litigation attorney with at minimum of 5 years IP experience years. In this role you should have experience in matters relating to trademark, trade dress, copyright and design patents, including IP product design clearance, trademark prosecution. Demonstrated experience in the technology sector working on intellectual property litigation. Ability to handle litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
Admission to the Patent Bar is also a plus, but not neccesary. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.
