Bright Start, a private provider of services for children and adults who have disabilities and special needs, is seeking a qualified Case Manager for the Laurens area of SC. Travel will include Greenwood/Abbeville counties.
Case Management is a consumer/family directed program providing extensive services to assist people and their families through choice in meeting needs, pursuing possibilities, and achieving life goals. We do this through face to face visits bi-monthly in the natural environment.
Case Managers must possess a bachelor’s or graduate degree from an accredited college or university and at least one (1) year of experience working with people who have an intellectual disability or a related disability such as autism.
Applicant must be highly efficient and organized, have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Travel is required.
Required experience: One year of experience working with people with disabilities.
