Global Property Management is hiring site managers to manage Low Income Affordable Housing Tax Credit Developments.

Responsibilities include: Management of day-to-day operations of the property, manage and maintain occupancy at 97%, oversee maintenance staff and manager trainee, manage tenant files, collect rents, build strong resident relations program with residents, provide exceptional customer service and ensure all company policies & procedures are followed. Know and follow section 42 tax credit compliance, State and local laws and regulations. Salary depends on experience. Nevada experience preferred.

Qualifications required: Valid Nevada ID/Driver License and transportation, “If you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing apartments, hourly rate begins at $14 hour with benefits fully paid for.” And/or leasing experience, must have organizational skills and communications skills. Basic computer/office knowledge, email/MS office for consideration.
