Intellectual Property Support Manager provides support to the intellectual property unit of an organization and maintains a portfolio of current patents. Oversees research on developments in IP and patent law and provides support in preparation and filing of patents. Position Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining High Hopes Therapeutic Riding Center’s 120-acre farm property, equipment and facility-related supplies. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and equipment at the therapeutic riding and equine-assisted therapies center.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Operations Director; supervises Caretaker and committees
Resources Managed (budget and FTEs):
Full time salaried exempt position; Manages property and facility budget areas
Primary Duties:
Property Manager: Equine property and barn management experience required
Training & Education Required:
Property and Facility management expertise (BS or equivalent experience)
