The Single Family Property Manager plays a key role in achieving our goal of creating a personalized and exceptional experience for all our current and potential residents. A Utah Real Estate License is preferred for this role.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all our single-family properties;
    • Use problem-solving skills to assist in the management of the properties;
    • Coordinate and conduct showings for prospective residents;
    • Manage the move-in and move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions for residents;
    • Be responsive to all resident and owner inquiries via phone, email, and text message;
    • Assist Operations Manager with all other duties, as needed;
    • Oversee the entire onboarding process for new properties, ensuring seamless transitions and transactions for owners;
    • Follow up and maintain communication with owners during the onboarding process, addressing any concerns and providing updates.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 1 years of experience in Sales;
    • Utah Real Estate License is preferred;
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;
    • Experience with AppFolio property management software is a plus;
    • Self-starter, motivated, and able to work autonomously;
    • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills;
    • Effective and professional communication abilities;
    • Driven to provide excellent customer service;
    • Positive and open-minded attitude;
    • Problem-solving skills.
