    Drawing Accuracy and Completion:
    • Ensure that drawings meet a higher standard of accuracy and completeness.
    • Take necessary steps to eliminate errors and inconsistencies in drawings.
    • Work towards finalizing drawings within specified deadlines for internal and client reviews.
    • Collaborate with the team to address feedback and make necessary revisions to enhance drawing quality.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Lead collaborative efforts with owners, architects, general contractors, procurement, and in-house Interior Design and project managers.
    • Operate within timely schedules to meet deadlines.
    • Make selections based on brand and owner preferences, designing solutions that best fit the project and region, including furniture, materials, décor, and finishes.
    • Operate within budget constraints.
    • Prepare and lead client presentations.
    • Construct interior design drawing sets, including plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
    • Lead space planning and takeoffs.
    • Assemble specification books for each project to send to owners and general contractors.
    • Lead in maintaining the sample library.
    • Gather quotes through communication with vendors.
    • Possess a keen eye for color and textures.
    • Stay updated on industry trends.
    • Lead in day-to-day office tasks.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited University.
    • Proficiency in Revit, AuotCAD Architecture, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign required; Proficiency in Lumion or other 3D modeling/rendering software preferred but not required
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and comprehensive drawings.
    • Effective communication skills for maintaining regular project updates and collaborating with team members.
    • Proactive approach to assist with project management, with a focus on meeting timelines and addressing potential challenges.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and implementing design best practices under the guidance of Interior Design Managers.
