Interface Designer, Sr. - Web jobs in High Point, NC

Stratagon is seeking a web-leaning visual wizard with a hunger to grow.

This Sr. Graphic Designer position will be an essential role to bring fresh ideas and processes to the design team. With an emphasis on modern responsive web design skills and workflows, the task list will also require expertise in other areas of design such as brand development, print design, and general creative ideation.

This position will be crucial to continuing the growth and development of the creative department, and upward mobility is an opportunity for those with a leadership drive. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality, strategic, and creative solutions on a wide range of client projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and goals.
• Collaborate directly with Client Services to mutually develop an understanding of creative processes ranging from approach to turnaround times.
• Maintain and develop proficiency across multiple design skill sets through self-learning and as guided by leadership.
• Assisting other designers as needed to ensure quality output.
• Ensure consistency in creative direction within established brand guidelines while nurturing strategic and relevant evolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a bachelor's degree with 4 years of marketing and or ad agency experience in a creative/design capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Marketing experience
• Creative portfolio required
• Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing, fast-paced business environment
• Writing/editing experience a plus
