Additionally, Interface Designer - Web requires knowledge of visual design and wireframing/prototyping tools. May perform user research, usability testing, or facilitate focus groups. May require familiarity with various graphic design software packages. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Interface Designer - Web occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities:
    Work closely with the Senior Designer and Creative Director to create digital content for ads, emails, and our social media channel

    Create strong, emotive compositions using photography, type, and print illustrations

    Partner with our copywriters marketing teammates to deliver on-brand, on-brief work

    Prep your work in presentation-ready layouts for leadership approval

    Be involved in all phases of the creative process -from concept to handoff

    Design press-ready creative for marketing and packaging

    Develop a deep understanding of the new brand, the product, and the big ideas behind our marketing campaigns

    Ask questions, stay curious, and take the initiative

    Requirements

    A Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Digital Design (or equivalent knowledge experience)

    2 years of in-house or agency experience in a graphic design role

    Expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the Adobe CC suite

    A collaboration, communication, and time management skills working in-person and remotely

    A strong portfolio demonstrating your grasp of design theory, marketing, and brand identity

    Experience building GIFs for social media and marketing

    Rock-solid layout and visual storytelling skills (Email, social media, and paid social ad examples in your portfolio are a plus)

    Ability to critically read and execute on written briefs

    Strong time-management skills and an eagle-eye attention to detail

    A team-first, collaborative attitude
