Job Description:
As the Plumbing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure the utmost comfort in our clients’ homes. You will lead a team of Maintenance and Service Techs, guiding them to excel in their roles, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and product recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Mentorship and training: Provide hands-on training to technicians, ensuring they are well prepared to assess homeowners’ Plumbing needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Tracking and accountability: Maintain accurate and timely sales reports such as KPIs, closing rates, leads, and follow-up of your team of comfort advisors and provide necessary training to improve the teams performance.
Customer Engagement: Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and inspect Plumbing equipment to make informed decisions regarding their comfort solutions
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Plumbing products and technologies to explain their benefits clearly and accurately to customers.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team of comfort advisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Meeting and training participation: Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to keep you skills and knowledge at the forefront of the industry.
Business Development: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance customer experience.
