We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial spaces.
Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the design concept
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design plan
- Oversee the installation of furniture, artwork, and accessories
- Provide guidance on color schemes, lighting design, and space utilization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design software
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Strong knowledge of color theory and space planning principles
- Experience with project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of lighting sales and contract negotiation is a plus
