Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor jobs in Bergenfield, NJ
Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Type: Full-time
- Most work will be completed at Teterboro Airport.
Pay: Starting 22/hr for first 90 days
Review at 90 days with a potential increase in pay Benefits Eligible
Training Schedule: During your training phase, start time will be 6PM Monday-Thursday with 10 hour shifts overnight.
After training phase your schedule will go as followed:
Schedule: Potential start times are 5-6PM daily Monday - Friday with potential earlier afternoon start times depending on customer availability. We will go over the schedule during the interview process.
COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our employees safe, we provide appropriate PPE. We will work on empty aircraft and interactions with others is brief and infrequent.Job Type: Full-time
