Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor jobs in Burlington, VT

Responsibilities for Assembly

• Operate manual and automatic tools to fabricate products (including bending/gluing/ assembling wood, plastic, and metal units)
• Prepare, clean, and maintain tools
• Provide accurate counts to production supervisor
• Pack completed items according to instructions
• Safely operate machining equipment
• Work as a team to meet or exceed productivity goals
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned

Qualifications for Assembly

• Mechanical aptitude
• Familiar with hand and pneumatic tools
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Accuracy and ability to keep up with rapidly changing priorities
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Well-organized and focused with attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, lift up to 35 lbs., and stand in the same place for long periods of time

Openings are currently available on first shift working Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm, with 2 paid 15-minute breaks. Pay starts at $16/hour. We look forward to hearing from you about this Assembly role!
