As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. ```Responsibilities```
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

```Experience```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or hotel management role but not required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to complete job tasks
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
