We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, monitoring the hotel's financial transactions, and ensuring that all guests receive a comfortable and safe stay. The Night Auditor will also be expected to assist with the check-in and check-out process, answer any guest inquiries, and ensure that all hotel policies are being followed.

Responsibilities:

• Balance daily financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and services.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises and guests’ belongings.
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
• Process payments for room charges, taxes, and other fees.
• Update guest information in the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Hotel experience: 2 years (Required)
