TERRA Staffing Group’s Human Resources team is looking for a Risk Manager to serve as TERRA’s risk subject matter expert. The company will rely on your expertise to strategically design and improve the risk programs for our employees, staffing associates, and clients.

If you have at least five years of previous experience managing health, safety, and workers compensation programs this could be a great fit for you. The ideal candidate would be someone that understands the full cycle of how the risk control has a direct impact to the success of the business. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management, clients, employees, and loss-control professionals to strategically design new or improve existing risk programs that will reduce premiums.
• Improve and manage workers compensation programs, workplace incident emergency response plans & EHS safety program policies and procedures that comply with all federal, state, and local regulations & best practices.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees, client sites, and staffing associates.
• Collect and analyze EHS data to track safety performance, identify trends, and make strategic data-driven recommendations to improve programs.

Pay range:

$95,000 – $125,000

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience designing, improving & managing health and safety programs in a program manager or consultant position.
