Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of internal control audit trends and consult on operational adjustments based on changes in industry standards and governmental regulations. Manage project scope, objectives, and work plans including selecting appropriate audit tests, identifying key controls, utilizing statistical methods, and using survey, interview, and computer-assisted audit techniques. Develop the calendar for creating, implementing, and enhancing internal auditing procedures. Facilitate year-end external audit of internal controls and business processes. Conduct training sessions for staff, communicate new processes, and ensure the accuracy of training materials and documentation. The ideal candidate will have: Multiple years of experience with identifying & assessing risk, creating test plans, and evaluating test results Multiple years of supervisory experience in an audit department or team. Experience with IT Auditing a plus, including report issuance and resolution tracking, accompanied by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines is acceptable. Conversely, experience with Operational Auditing is a plus, including reporting and issue tracking Experience with ICFR, ITGC’s, or evaluating impacts of large-scale system developments Familiarity with internal control frameworks and methodologies. Familiarity with process documents such as the developing narratives, flowcharts, risk and control matrices, etc. Experience writing/reading SQL and utilizing SQL compilers.
