The Dentive Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Internal Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing internal communications between our dental offices and their existing patients. As an Internal Marketing Manager specializing in existing dental patient engagement, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the relationship between the dental practice and its current patient base. Your primary focus will be on increasing patient retention, promoting dental services, and ensuring overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Retention Strategies:

• Develop and implement targeted campaigns to enhance patient retention.
• Analyze patient feedback and implement strategies to address concerns or improve satisfaction.
• Create loyalty programs and incentives to encourage regular dental visits.

Communication and Engagement:

• Design and execute effective communication strategies to keep patients informed about dental services, promotions, and educational content.
• Utilize various channels such as email, newsletters, and social media to engage with patients.
• Foster a sense of community through patient testimonials, success stories, and patient spotlights.
• Monitor inbound calls for effective phone handling and conversion.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on patient engagement, retention rates, and the success of marketing initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies for optimal results.

Collaboration with Dental Team:

• Work closely with the dental practitioners and support staff to align marketing efforts with the practice's goals and values.
• Gather insights from the dental team to tailor marketing messages and promotions effectively.

Compliance and Ethics:

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
