    The Job at a Glance:

    In this role, the inside sales representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while actively identifying, pursuing and closing new business for MVP’s Pro sales division. In this division, our representatives sell fully integrated marketing packages within professional team game day programs for over 100 pro franchises such as the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. The ideal candidate will have experience making a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis in order to cultivate and sustain a pipeline of potential clients.

    We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation including additional commission and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance.     Minimum Requirements:
    • Candidates should be goal-oriented, determined, possess a strong desire to succeed in sales, and have excellent communication skills
    • Must be comfortable conducting business over the phone. This position requires an inside sales representative to make an average of 150-200 plus outbound sales calls per day
    • Outgoing and personable – you pride yourself on being able to strike up a conversation with just about anyone
    Qualifications:
    • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
    • Sales life cycle experience—from lead generation through business closing
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Competitive and able to handle a fast paced work environment and adapt quickly to change
    • Self motivated and financially driven - Our inside sales representatives are goal oriented and understand that their hard work results in financial success
