Responsibilities in the role:
Strategy:
- Understand the technical needs in the Keepit organization and make sure these are met.
- Work with Keepit departments, documenting their internal IT requirements and formulating valid policies to adhere to need as well as compliance.
- Develop internal structures and policies to ensure consistency.
Compliance:
- Cooperate with Infosec to develop compliant procedures and checkpoint.
- Follow up on everyday operations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and replacements.
- Collaborate with vendors, coordinate equipment orders.
- Assist with office network maintenance, develop rollout plans.
- Maintain employee asset records, manage hardware/software.
- Provide internal IT support, monitor systems.
- Document troubleshooting processes, maintain inventory.
- Design/implement Microsoft 365 services, manage admin portals.
- Mentor employees, collaborate with other departments.
- Stay updated on IT advancements, communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding, follow procedures.
- Upgrade operating systems.
Qualifications to Succeed:
- Preferably a few years of experience in a team leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with technologies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
