Additionally, International Banking Manager typically reports to a head of unit/department. The International Banking Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an International Banking Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Position Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store operations
- Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment
- Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through engaged planning, event execution expense control, overtime management, and P&L management.
- Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing talent for future bench strength.
- Strong communication and service skills to build and maintain relationships with our employees and customers.
- Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the company’s driver requirements is required.
Working Conditions:This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air. You must have the ability to adapt to changing working conditions such as standing, sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting or kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work up to 10 hour shifts regularly.
