Job Description:As Senior Manager, International Tax, you will assist tax leaders within the Tax function for International Tax Planning and Compliance.
This position is based in Palo Alto, CA and reports to the Senior Director, International Tax.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; JD or master of tax a plus
* 13 years in a large corporate tax environment with international tax experience, which may be in Big 4 or similar, and culminating in industry experience.
* Strong MS Excel skill required.
* Willing to learn new technical skills independently or with the mentorship of more experienced team members when necessary.
* Aptitude and willingness for self-review.
* Self-motivated and with the ability to develop and manage work plans to carryout complex projects

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $123,000 - $205,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
