The candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with Master’s degree or CPA preferred. Proven experience for a minimum of 3 years as a senior accountant level or controller in finance. Experience in healthcare and a non-profit business is preferred. Able to effectively demonstrate sound problem solving skills. Able to communicate effectively with all members of the organization and residents, both in person and in writing. Ability to direct the work of others and meet assigned deadlines. Experience with accounting and financial management software. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based computer systems. Proficient in excel.

Full Time; Schedule 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with flexibility, occasional additional hours; Salaried position
