Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in manufacturing environment (5 years minimum)

• In-depth working knowledge of accounting systems (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, General Ledger)

• PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment)

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic expected

• Highly driven, self-motivated, self-starter, strong work ethic required

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Ability to work well with others, handle stressful situations and respond to changing priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

• Must be able to type 40 WPM minimum

• Prior experience dealing with multiple currencies a plus but not required

• Highly proficient in Excel and comprehensive understanding of accounting software, sage experience a plus

• Financial statement preparation and consolidation

Experience:

• Accounting: 5 years (Required)

• 2-5 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles

• Education: BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA

• License: CPA (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $99,976.00 - $130,000.00 per year
