As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our client's financial health.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations.
2. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and annual statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with the senior management team to set financial goals, objectives, and budgets.
5. Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Conduct regular financial audits and analyses to identify potential areas of improvement.
7. Use J.D. Edwards or equivalent software to manage financial data and create insightful reports.
8. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
9. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and tax filings across all entities.
10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with short and long-term company objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA is preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
4. Strong experience with multi-entity financial management and a solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
5. Proficiency in using J.D. Edwards or equivalent financial management software.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
7. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
