Job Description:

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a Controller to join our dynamic team! As the heartbeat of our financial operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our success.

Responsibilities:

· Take ownership of full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

· Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

· Develop and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

· Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to drive business decisions and improve financial performance.

· Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and action plans aligned with company objectives.

· Manage cash flow effectively, including cash forecasting, working capital management, and investment strategies.

· Oversee internal controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.

· Lead and mentor accounting team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification a big plus.

· 5 years of finance experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

· Proficiency in full-cycle accounting processes and strong understanding of GAAP principles.

· Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, with knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.

· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

· Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
