International Controller jobs in Worcester, MA

Beacon MedTech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced financial executive to fill its Controller responsibility. This position is a key member of the company Leadership Team and will have input on all aspects of the business while ensuring the accuracy of financial records and result. The individual filling this role will be comfortable with the full range of hands on controller activity while still able to engage at a strategic and analytical level. Priority will be given to candidates with prior injection molding experience and experience with the DELMIAWorks Manufacturing ERP (formerly IQMS). Because of the importance of this role, we have targeted a compensation range of $140k to $175k with participation in the company bonus program and the full complement of employee benefits and 401K matching contribution. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

· Develop, refine, and direct use of accounting systems and internal control of those systems and assist in the coordination of overall systems with the third-party IT support function.

· Provide management, coaching, development, and oversight to accounting staff.

· Manage all accounting activity including expense control, cash management, forecasting and overall accounting controls.

· Direct all financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities.

· Partner with human resources on payroll activities including compliance with employee policies and applicable rules and laws.

· Coordinate all financial audits, bank collateral audits and annual external audit.

· Work with internal teams to meet financial and operating goals.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

· Five or more years of relevant experience.

· Prior experience directing corporate accounting activity and supervisory responsibility.

Preferred Education and Experience

· Master’s degree in business or related field a plus.

· Manufacturing experience with experience in the plastics industry.

· Previous experience directing IT activities and partnering with third-party IT support organizations.

· Prior experience with the IQMS (DELMIAWorks Manufacturing ERP.)

· Prior experience with Private Equity backed organizations.
