    • Provide HR leadership, guidance and coaching to all site leaders
    • Responsible for HR KPI’s and action plans to achieve operating results
    • Responsible for overall HR department effectiveness
    • Site HRIS administrator
    • Lead full-time salaried, manufacturing floor and temporary workforce recruitment efforts to ensure top talent
    • Owner of talent management, development and engagement activities
    • Lead various core annual programs including, but not limited to: benefits open enrollment, wellness events, leadership development training, compensation planning, performance management and succession planning
    • Responsible for site handbook and HR processes and procedures
    • Responsible to the drive continuous improvement mindset within the department and partner to promote the CI culture within the facility
    • Act as Global HR Team Member and lead/support projects as applicable
    • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws as well as established HR processes and procedures

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related
    • 5 years of experience in an HR role within a manufacturing environment
    • 3 years of experience in an HR Management role preferred not required
    • Experience with safety management systems preferred
    • Experience with hourly recruitment
    • Experience and understanding of payroll processing preferred
    • Ability to support multi-shift plant
