• Data entry of HR transactions into the HRIS systems or software. Critical entry, processing, analyzing, and auditing of biweekly payroll data and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day FMLA and short-term disability tasks, data entry, and reporting for HR. When needed, meet with and explain how both work for team members. Track and communicate usage.
• Perform data analysis and correction, as needed.
• Provide support for HR reporting and other functions including, but not limited to, filing, researching, querying and compiling information, verifying information, and other tasks in support of the HR team.
• Regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Must adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Implement DRH Standards of Behavior and exhibit behaviors consistent with DRH core values.
• Per DRH policy, all required conditions of employment must be met and maintained including required vaccinations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the CHRO and VP of Human Resources.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 80hr pp

Minimum Qualifications: Two years (2) of human resources experience required. Healthcare experience a plus. HRIS or other related software or system experience preferred. Experience with critical and highly confidential data entry and reporting. Experience working with a high volume or in a fast-paced office environment. Must be flexible and willing to learn new systems and become proficient in order to contribute to the team. Must be able to enter HR transactions into multiple systems efficiently with a high level of accuracy.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Basic computer skills with information technology associated with the position including a familiarity with HRIS, MS Excel and Google Sheets and Docs. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain flexible to quickly and calmly adapt to urgent situations. Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
